A healthy diet and exercise are essential for being able to enjoy the holidays without worrying about health complications. Here is a list of tips on how to stay in good shape this holiday>br>

Try making your favorite holiday dishes healthier by using whole grains, lean proteins, and fresh vegetables.

2. If you’re feeling tired or run down try getting more sleep.

3. Eat a healthy breakfast to start your day off right.

4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day as dehydration is one of the leading causes of illness during the holidays.

5. Find time for a nap every now and then!

6. Try exercising in short bursts throughout the day when possible to keep your metabolism up and avoid overdoing it on any one activity and reaching burnout too quickly.
