How to Keep Up With the Latest Updates in Corona

Read Time:4 Minute, 57 Second

Corona is a simple and fun-to-use notification and alerts app with a unique way of displaying things. Instead of displaying a notification box with a banner of app notifications, Corona displays a floating ‘notifications’ section with a rotating set of elements. You can specify what types of notifications are displayed and how they are arranged. It’s a great way of keeping an eye on what’s going on without taking up too much space on your home screen.

However, there are some new changes that have been made that you need to know about. Let’s take a look at what’s new in Corona 6.1.

If you’re looking for the most up-to-date information about Corona notifications and the latest developments for the app, then check out the official developer blog or the official forums for the most up-to-date information.

New in Corona 6.1

New in this release is many improvements and changes with regard to notifications. We’ve added a new setting to display app notifications on top of the app bar. This option is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the app bar will show notifications from this app. This setting does not affect the alarm or timer, only the app bar.

You can also display the app title and the app name in the notifications. This setting is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the app title will be displayed and the app name will be displayed in the notifications. This option does not affect the alarm or timer, only the app bar.

App bar

In addition to the notifications, we’ve added a new option to display the app bar at the bottom of the screen. With this option enabled, the app bar will be displayed on top of the currently active app. This option is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the app bar will also show the app name and the app’s excerpt.

You can also display the app’s shortcut and the app’s recent activities in this section. This option is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the app bar will also show the app’s recent actions. We strongly suggest setting this option to the off condition so that the app bar does not appear on top of the screen.

You can now display multiple items per screen

Another new feature in this release is the ability to display multiple items per screen. This option is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the app will display the current activity on one screen and the notifications on another. This option does not affect the alarm or timer, only the app.

You can now show/hide the app bar

The app bar used to be a permanent feature, but now it is hidden by default. You can still see it if you want to, but it will be hidden whenever you switch to another app. To show the app bar, click on the app bar in the options menu.

You can also long-press on the app bar to display options like the blocklist, which can be used to quickly remove a notification.

You can now show/hide the current Activity

We added another set to control the visibility of the current Activity. This option is enabled/disable by default and you can enable/disable it for individual apps if you want to. When enabled, the current Activity will be visible and you can see what apps are running on your device. This option does not affect the alarm or timer, only the app.

Banners are no longer displayed on top of the app bar

The app bar used to be a common feature on all Android apps. It has slowly become less common as more and more apps gain a notification mode and a pop-up bubble. Since the pop-up is always above your head, it can easily get in the way when you’re trying to do things like use another app and need to take a note or make a phone call at the same time.

We, therefore, changed the way the app bar works in the 6.1 release to make the most of the fact that most of us will keep our devices horizontally- oriented. Instead of displaying a banner at the top of the screen, the app will now simply fade away after a short period of inactivity. This change will reduce visual impact and make the app bar less intrusive.

You can also show/hide the app title and the app name in the notifications

The app title and the app name used to appear in the notifications by default. However, this can be changed in the settings to either show or hide the titles and names.

You can also long-press on the notifications to display options like the blocklist, which can be used to quickly remove a notification.

Conclusion

The best way to stay informed about what’s going on on your device is to use an app like Corona. With this app, you can check the latest updates in just a few seconds. It is very light on the memory and can run on even the lowest-end devices. If you are a developer, this app is perfect for testing out new features and giving feedback on the current state of the app. If you are not a developer and just want to know what’s new, go to Settings and scroll down to see the new notifications section.
